Our staging fees vary depending on what we believe each home needs to show in the best possible light; where buyers can easily envision themselves living there. Based on what we feel is necessary to receive the highest return on investment; our fees have ranged from $1,500 upwards to $40,000 for a 2-month lease. Our selected furnishings, as well as our collection of accessories, floral arrangements, plants, and other objets d’art, help Tracy Banks & Associates create a variety of atmospheres at costs that meet with all of our clients' needs.
